The "incredibly helpful" staff is "always smiling" at this "tip-top" hotel, set in a "central location" "five minutes from the Pearl Street area" and "convenient to Downtown"; done up in "warm colors", "clean and modern" rooms feature "comfortable linens" and "an excellent layout for work", and some have "beautiful views of the Flatirons"; "room service is excellent", though "service at the restaurant could be better", and surveyors point out that the "pool and exercise are small."

They provided incredible support to me as my son was hospitalized, and they were very helpful to me.

I went out to Boulder to support my son through his awful ordeal following a ski accident. He required surgery and the hotel was so amazing in their support to me, even sending a goodies bag to my son for good wishes, they were like family to me, and I am forever grateful. ...read more

Public restroom was very nice.
Perhaps, they should not waste energy with the outdoor heating at the entrance.

Very clean and good service. It snowed while we were there and the snowplow woke me at 4 a.m. It was nice to be so close to the grocery, Le Peep and Zolo restaurant. They were all good businesses. The location is right in the middle of a lot of shopping if you like that. It is not "quaint" for that reason but very easy to walk to the University area and the 6th Street Mall. ...read more

The usual high standard for Marriott hotels. Hotel was excellent. Will certainly come back. Ask for a mountain view and it's certainly worth it.
